For over a year now, Aideen has been supporting me at university, providing me with in-depth and compassionate advice for many different issues i have faced - especially regarding my adhd and autism - and their impacts on both daily life and my studies at university, as well as general advice and support on how best to succeed both at Uni and later life. 

Aideen has helped me to build life skills that I can anecdotally say have become an important part of my daily routine and mindset, and I will continue to use them for the foreseeable future. 

The most significant thing for me, however, is the genuine care Aideen has for her clients - you get the sense that she truly wants to provide you the support and resources that you need to succeed and she goes above and beyond to ensure your personal experiences are accounted for, providing you with support that feels tailored to your needs and abilities. 

Aideen manages all this with an infectiously positive attitude, I have always finished a session feeling better and more able to deal with all aspects of life.

I could go on and on about how genuinely incredible Aideen's support is, but this review would turn into a novel - so in short, Aideen is a wonderful, intelligent coach who give you help that works for YOU! She is stellar.
