You don’t need a diagnosis to benefit from coaching — just curiosity about how your brain works and a sense that life could feel a bit easier than it does right now.
Maybe you’ve always felt a bit “out of sync” — switched on and overflowing with ideas one day, then exhausted or stuck the next. Perhaps you’re starting to wonder if ADHD, autism, or another form of neurodivergence could explain why things feel harder than they “should.”
Or maybe you already know you’re neurodivergent but want help turning that understanding into practical change.

If you sometimes feel caught between extremes — switched on and full of ideas one day, then exhausted or stuck the next — you’re not alone.
That constant push and pull can leave you questioning yourself, even though you’re working harder than most just to keep up. You’re not broken; you’re wired differently — and that difference holds both challenge and brilliance.
Neurodiversity coaching helps you move from constant self-correction to genuine self-connection, creating small, practical shifts that make life feel calmer, clearer, and more authentically yours.

Coaching is one-to-one and completely tailored to you — available online or in person across Brighton & Sussex. Some people come with clear goals in mind — managing focus, energy, or burnout.
Others simply know something feels off and want to make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface.
Either way, we start where you are. Sessions are calm, collaborative, and focused on what’s real for you right now, no jargon, no quick fixes. Together, we explore what’s working, what isn’t, and what your brain and body are really trying to tell you. From there, we build practical, sustainable strategies that help you find your rhythm again — blending reflection, structure, and gentle accountability so you can turn insight into everyday action.

If you’re employed or self-employed, you may be able to access government-funded coaching through the Access to Work scheme. It’s designed to help remove barriers that can make work more challenging for neurodivergent people — things like managing focus, time, overwhelm, communication, or sensory load.
The grant covers the cost of specialist coaching (paid directly to Infinity Neurodiversity Coaching), so there’s no cost to you. I can guide you through the simple application process and help you explain how coaching support could make a difference for you at work.
