Strength's Based Coaching & Advocacy for Individuals, Organisations, and Communities
At Infinity Neurocoaching, we are dedicated to empowering neurodiverse individuals and families. Through our coaching and advocacy we strive to create inclusive systems that promote sustainable futures and enhance overall well-being.
We focus on what’s strong, not what’s “wrong.” By uncovering and building on unique abilities, we help individuals and families grow with confidence.
Grounded in psychology and lived experience, our approach is practical, research-driven, and tailored to real-world needs.
Change happens when families, individuals, and professionals work together. We advocate for partnership across home, school, workplace, and community.
Every neurodiverse life matters. We champion environments where people feel understood, respected, and empowered to thrive.
About Infinity Neurocoaching
Hello! I’m Aideen Smith-Watson, and I created Infinity Neurocoaching with a vision of empowering neurodiverse individuals, families, and organisations through strengths-based coaching and advocacy. My mission is to shift the conversation away from “fixing” and toward uncovering potential, building confidence, and creating environments where neurodivergent people can thrive.
How Infinity Was Born
Like many parents, I began my journey with hope and determination, but soon realised that the systems around us weren’t built to fully support differently wired minds. Along the way, I also discovered my own ADHD diagnosis, which gave me fresh insight into both the challenges and the unique strengths of living with a brain that works differently.
This dual experience — as an adult with lived experience and as a parent — fuelled my commitment to rethinking how support, advocacy, and inclusion could look. I came to see that the problem wasn’t the people, but the paradigm: too often, difference was treated as deficit.
That realisation reshaped my professional path, beginning with training as a mindfulness practitioner, before going on to complete an MSc in Experimental Psychology, where I researched music as a non-pharmacological intervention for ADHD. I then trained as an accredited neurodiverse coach, combining lived experience with scientific insight and practical strategies.
Through lived experience and evidence-based psychology, Infinity Neurocoaching offers strengths-based, compassionate support for people, families, and the systems around them
Why Infinity?
The infinity symbol ♾️ was adopted by the neurodivergent community as a positive alternative to the outdated puzzle piece, which implied something missing or incomplete. For me, it represents continuity, connection, and the belief that there are infinite ways to thrive — whether in families, workplaces, schools, or communities. It reflects my philosophy: to honour the challenges, celebrate the strengths, and create sustainable change that empowers neurodiverse lives.
You’re Not Alone
Infinity Neurocoaching exists to be a supportive partner — for individuals seeking personal growth, families navigating complex systems, and professionals building inclusive environments. Through coaching and advocacy, my goal is to create clarity, confidence, and pathways forward, so that neurodiverse people and those around them can truly flourish.
If you’re on this journey too, you don’t have to do it alone.
