Meet Aideen ♾️ She / Her

  • ADHD-er (so I really get it)

  •  The brain (and heart) behind it all — grounded in psychology, lived experience, and a knack for making sense of the messy bits.

  • Neurodiversity coach, lifelong learner, serial idea-starter

  • Parent, partner, plate-spinner, and pragmatist

  • Your calm co-pilot when life feels like too many tabs open

  • Your gentle challenger when it’s time to move from “thinking” to “doing”

  •  Not your typical coach (and proudly so)

About Infinity NEURODIVERSITY Coaching

Where My Story Begins

Like many neurodivergent people, my path began with determination, hope, and the realisation that the systems around us weren’t built for differently wired minds. Along the way, I discovered my own ADHD diagnosis, which offered new insight into both the challenges and the strengths that come with living and learning differently.

What Changed Everything

This dual experience — as a neurodivergent adult and as a parent — inspired me to rethink what effective support and inclusion could look like. I came to see that the problem isn’t the people, but the paradigm: difference has too often been treated as deficit.

The Shift in Direction

That understanding reshaped my career. After more than 15 years in marketing and communications, I retrained as a mindfulness practitioner and completed an MSc in Experimental Psychology. My ADHD research deepened my understanding of sensory awareness and the powerful link between environment, regulation, and wellbeing — ideas that now sit at the heart of my coaching.

How I Work Today

As a neurodiversity coach, I bring together lived experience, scientific insight, and practical strategies to help people manage energy, reduce overwhelm, communicate with confidence, and create systems that truly work with their brains not against them. Everything I’ve learned has shaped a simple philosophy: to honour challenges, celebrate strengths, and create meaningful, sustainable change across families, workplaces, and communities.

♾️ Why Infinity Matters

The infinity symbol ♾️ — reclaimed by the neurodivergent community as a positive alternative to the outdated puzzle piece — represents continuity, connection, and possibility. For me, it’s a reminder that growth isn’t linear but cyclical, fluid, and deeply human — a belief that there are infinite ways to learn, communicate, and live well.

Infinity Neurodiversity Coaching exists to be a partner in that process — supporting individuals, families, and professionals to understand themselves and each other better, strengthen relationships, and build environments that work for every kind of mind.

If you’re on this journey too, you don’t have to do it alone.
